Bloomington Permitting & Planning is a local consulting service focused on helping homeowners, investors, and small developers navigate planning, zoning, and permitting processes in Bloomington and Monroe County.

The firm is led by Patrick Dias, who holds a Master’s degree in Public Affairs and has professional experience working with regulatory and compliance-driven systems. Patrick works directly with clients to interpret local requirements, coordinate with planning and building departments, and guide projects from concept through approval.

The goal is simple: reduce friction, avoid costly delays, and help projects move forward with clarity and confidence.
